Your name, address of assessment and if different, where any correspondence should be sent along with your contact telephone numbers and email addresses. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We track visits to our website to improve the information we provide.
IP Addresses & Cookies
We collect information about your computer (if you accept the cookie policy) from our website and we obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you is stored securely on our database in the UK. All data is processed only by Alliance Fire Safety Staff and qualified 3rd parties. The information provided will NEVER be passed to ANY third parties. Staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services for which we use a third party payment processor namely Squareup, your financial information is not stored once processed and we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Uses made of the Information
We use information held about you in the following ways.
To carry out our obligations arising in providing fire risk assessment surveys.
To notify you about changes to any of the booking arrangements and for annual renewal reminders (should you choose to withdraw from receiving renewal reminders, an email or telephone call from yourself requesting this will ensure your details are completely removed with immediate effect.
To contact you regarding payment of fees for our service or other matters as required.
Disclosure of your Information
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law or by government agencies to protect the rights, property, or safety of our staff.
Your Rights
We do not process your personal data for marketing purposes only for in-house purposes and to remind you annually that under the requirements of the Regulatory Reform Fire safety Order 2005 you must regularly review and update your fire safety procedures/risk assessment.
You have the absolute right at any time to request your information is removed from our database or to opt out from receiving renewal reminders.
Access to Information
The GDPR gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.
